Cancellations received 30 days before the event will receive a full refund minus a processing fee. After this period, fees are non-refundable. Ticket transfers between individuals are allowed up to 15 days prior to the event. Ticket transfers to a future event are allowed until the event begins. Once the event begins, ticket transfers are strictly prohibited.
